Data we process

Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, URL, date, time and device information to deliver and protect the site. This browser stores your consent preference. The WhatsApp qualifier runs in the browser; your name and free-text message are transferred to WhatsApp only after an explicit click. If analytics or advertising are enabled with consent, events may include language, page, CTA placement, selected profile and interest categories and UTM parameters; your name and free-text message are not sent to analytics.

Necessary technical data are processed for the legitimate interest in delivering and protecting this website. Analytics and advertising, if enabled, rely on consent. A WhatsApp enquiry is handled to respond to steps requested by you before a possible transaction.

Providers and transfers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Google services load only after consent and configuration. WhatsApp opens only after an explicit click and applies its own privacy information. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their respective notices.

Retention

Retention criteria vary by purpose. Technical logs are retained by the hosting provider for as long as needed to deliver and protect the website and comply with applicable legal obligations. The consent preference remains in the browser until it is changed, cleared by the user or superseded by a new version; UTM parameters remain in session storage only with Analytics consent, until the session ends or consent is withdrawn. Analytics and advertising data, if collected, are retained while needed to measure the site and campaigns, under the active service settings and subject to periodic review. WhatsApp conversations are retained as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting negotiations. Once those purposes end, data are erased or anonymised unless further retention is required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
